Return and exchange policies
- All Noseless store products are under the category of health and beauty products, and according to international retail industry standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products.
- You can exchange a product only if it has a manufacturing defect. Provided that we are notified of the manufacturing defect upon receiving the product, and the replacement process shall be within a maximum of 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The exchanged products must be returned with their packaging and identification card upon completion of the purchase process and attached to the original purchase receipt.
- Any products have been given with the purchased products as a free gift, must also be returned in the same original condition.
Cancellation policies
- If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting our customer service department during business hours and within an hour of ordering.
- If you paid by credit card or any debit card, and you canceled the request in accordance with this clause, we will refund the amount as soon as possible, but we are not responsible for the period required for the return of that process to appear in your bank account as it depends on the procedures of the bank you deal with.
- We are not able to accept cancellations after the time mentioned above, since the request has been completed, but it can be canceled by following the instructions of the return process that we follow as we explained above.
