This page sets out the terms and conditions for selling Noseless products on its website. These terms and conditions could be changed at any time, so please check it before making any new purchase. Purchasing order
If you order to purchase one of our products through the website, you confirm your desire to make a contract with us to purchase these products with the prices shown in the website on the date and time of the order. You can make a purchase order for your chosen products by clicking on the “Confirm Order” button, and in the last step of taking out the order process, you have to complete your payment details.
Notice: You must complete all the mandatory data to complete the purchasing request such as (giving us your valid phone number and email address).
Then you will receive an email to confirm the order details, the date of receipt, and the delivery charges which are added to the purchase price.
We have the right to change the prices of our products from time to time, especially in periods when promotional offers are made on products or in case of modifying the product pricing plan.
You can review the submitted purchasing order and review its current status at any time by visiting our website and clicking on “Log in” at the top of the page, and then “Track your order.”
Delivery / Receiving
We can complete your purchasing order or delivery request within the countries where we are allowed to sell the products.
Notice: Please note that delivery fees and times vary according to the type of the products ordered and the address location.
If you choose the cash on delivery service, we would like to clarify, it is not allowed to open orders under any circumstances except after approval and payment.
We strive to deliver the ordered products to your address on the estimated delivery date that is specified in our confirmation email. If there are any obstacles that lead to a delay in receiving, we will contact you to set another estimated date, and we will inform you when the order will be ready as needed.
Please keep an eye on your phone, especially on the expected day of delivery, to answer the shipping representative phone in order to facilitate the delivery process and ensure that someone will receive the product at the specified address and time.
In case no one is available at the specified address and at the specified time for delivery, the delivery company will contact you to arrange another delivery date. Other people can be authorized to receive the products, such as the property guard or the housekeeper.
In a few cases, products you ordered may be delayed or prevented for reasons out of our hands such as high demand for the product or import delay issues. In this case, we will do our best to keep you informed of the situation, but we are not responsible for such kind of delay or failure to deliver.
If we are unable to supply the products you ordered for any reason (such as out of stock), we will return back the full payment to the card you used for the purchase, and this will be done as fast as we can.
Notice: We are not responsible for any delay in the refund process that is caused by banking operations.
All Noseless products are full under the health and beauty products category. And in accordance with the international retail industry standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products unless there is a defect in product manufacturing.
All Noseless products have a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects for two years starts from the date of purchase, and in case of any manufacturing defects in one of our products, it will be replaced with a new one immediately with no additional fees.
Notice: Products need to be exchanged, must be returned with their packaging and identification card upon completion of the purchase process and attached to the original purchase receipt.
Delivery within Egypt
Delivery details:
- Delivery fees are EGP 35 for any location inside Egypt.
- Delivery might be for free during some promotional offers.
- You can take advantage of the free delivery service across the country when you request orders with 750 EGP or more.
- Delivery takes place within 1-7 working days.
- Delivery will take place to your location shown in your details
Cash on delivery service:
- The maximum limit for the Cash on Delivery service is 1000 EGP per order.
- Noseless offers alternative payment methods through credit cards, debit cards, or Vodafone Cash services for orders more than 1000 EGP.
In support of Egypt governate and the central bank’s steps to activate electronic payment on a large scale, Noseless offers an additional discount when you use any electronic payment method.
Notice: The value of the additional discount upon electronic payment is variable from time to time.
Promotional offers
We may make promotional offers on the website, in which case the terms and conditions will be applied. These offers may be limited to certain periods of time.
Offers cannot be combined with any discounts, offers, or coupons.
We reserve the right to extend or end the offer at any time without prior notice.

During the current circumstances, and from our caring about the safety of our customers and employees, we assure you that we are committed to sterilization procedures in all ordering and delivery processes through a set of precautionary measures stipulated in the World Health Organization bulletins.
We promise you that we are always keen to follow all health procedures, sterilization, and hygiene methods to provide you with a comfortable and safe shopping experience from home. These precautionary measures include the following:
- All orders are in our warehouse and dispatched locally
- Staff were provided with cleansers, protective jumps, and face masks when handling all orders
- Our trucks are completely cleaned, inside and out, with approved disinfectants to ensure the highest levels of hygiene
